FVV Session at the JSAE 2020 Spring Conference in Yokohama

FVV together with its Japanese partner association AICE presents the joint IGF research programme at the JSAE 2020 Spring Conference // The FVV Session will be held in Yokohama on 20 May 2020 // A second FVV-AICE cooperation project, collectively funded by CORNET and NEDO, will start in Tokyo on 19 May 2020

Kazuo Takeuchi (Toyota) and Dietmar Goericke will present the joint IGF research programme of the FVV and its Japanese partner organisation AICE (Research Association of Automotive Internal Combustion Engines) at the forthcoming spring conference of the JSAE (Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan) in Yokohama. To that end, FVV will have its own session in the conference programme on 20 May 2020, with two expert lectures on the research cooperations collectively funded by CORNET (Collective Research Networking) and NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Association), and another FVV milestone project:

  • Post-Oxidation (1336) | PG2 Combustion SI | CORNET
Lecturers: Prof. Dr. Michael Bargende (IVK, University of Stuttgart), Prof. Yasuo Moriyoshi (Chiba University), Associate Professor Tetsuya Aizawa (Meiji University)
  • Fuel/Oil Flow Measuring (1396) | PG4 Strength & Tribology | CORNET
Lecturers: Prof. Dr. Gerhard Matz (IAM, TU Hamburg), Prof. Dr. Georg Wachtmeister (LVK, TU Munich), Professor Masayuki Ochiai (Tokai University)
  • 2025+ Emission Control Requirements (1206) | PG6 Emission & Immission | FVV
Lecturer: Prof. Dr. Christian Beidl (VKM, TU Darmstadt)

The kick-off meeting (PA1) for the CORNET project "Fuel/Oil Flow Measuring" will be held in Tokyo on 19 May 2020. The research project has officially started on 01/01/2020 and will end on 31/12/2021.
