The FVV Transfer + Networking Event (Autumn 2026)
We are inviting our members, partners and friends to Bonn to inform about topical findings (interim/final reports) from Industrial Collective Research (IGF) projects and further topics of current research.
The FVV Transfer + Networking Events are an important industry get-together for the exchange of the latest results of Industrial Collective Research on sustainable powertrain and energy conversion systems.
- They offer both knowledge transfer and the opportunity to either establish direct contact with representatives of the research association and the research and technology (RTD) performers or to network with industry experts - e.g. globally operating manufacturers of power systems and energy carriers, powertrain systems, vehicle/industrial engines, fuel cells, aircraft engines and turbomachinery, suppliers, development service providers and international partners.
- With a view to maintaining the industry's innovation sovereignty, the FVV Transfer + Network Events also serve as a stage for young innovators.
All sessions of the public conference as well as all internal committee meetings will be simultaneously translated into English.

Information on registration
Please note that you can only register for the information sessions on Thursday via our registration page.
Registration via this page is mandatory, as you will receive a personal QR code after completing the registration process. The QR code is used for check-in.
You must bring the personal QR code with you to the conference.
The usual check-in via participation card will be discontinued.
You can register for the expert group sessions via THEMIS. You will receive a separate invitation for this.

Conference registration fee: 350.00 € (plus 19 % VAT)
Participant with FVV members discount: 250.00 € (plus 19 % VAT)
Research institutions can participate in the event free of charge with up to 5 persons (incl. lecturer). From the 6th person onwards, costs of 150.00 € (plus 19 % VAT) will be incurred.
The registration fee includes participation in the technical information sessions including conference documents and proceedings, lunch, coffee and snacks during breaks and access to the evening reception on 24 September 2026.
The conference language is German. All sessions - Information sessionsEngines and Turbomachineryand all internal committee meetings - are translated into English. Headsets are available for free.

General terms and conditions
You may register online through the registration tool. The closing date for registrations is Friday 11 September 2026.
Participation can be cancelled free of charge until Friday 18 September 2026. In case of cancellation after the deadline, the full participant fee will be charged.
Cancellations are to be made in writing (by e-mail or standard mail). By registering you accept the general terms and conditions.
All participants will receive an electronic confirmation after the registration deadline. The invoice will be issued after the event and sent by standard mail.
