Participant fee

The conference fee for the information sessions (including evening reception) on Thursday, 26 March 2026, is €250.00 (plus VAT) for FVV members and €350.00 (plus VAT) for non-members.

Research institutions can participate in the event free of charge with up to 5 people (including speakers). From the 6th person onwards, a fee of €150.00 (plus VAT) will be charged.

Participation in the committee meetings on Wednesday (25 March 2026) and Friday (27 March 2023) is free of charge for members.
